CLEVELAND, Ohio - Ohio seniors Courtney Waters and Michelle Sauter will compete with the All-MAC Softball Team against Team USA on June 23 in Ashland, Ohio.

All members of the Mid-American Conference first and second teams were eligible to participate in the game. Waters earned first-team All-MAC honors and Sauter was named second-team All-MAC. Waters also became the first Bobcat since 2004 to be named NFCA All-Great Lakes Region after being selected to the second team. Sauter, a pitcher, wraps up her career as Ohio's all-time leader in career strikeouts, wins, and shutouts.

In addition to Waters and Sauter receiving conference honors, freshmen Melissa Bonner and Emily Wethington were named to the MAC All-Freshman Team.

Other participants include Allison Vallas and Hayley Wiemer of Bowling Green. Meghan Mawn, Alicia Hogl and Breanna Robinson of Miami. Kyla Sullivan and Becky Bartosz of Western Michigan.
