ATHENS, Ohio – Ohio Softball has received an impressive number of applications for its annual fall camp series, specifically the session on Sept. 16. This camp is now full and all additional campers who have not yet registered are encouraged to sign up for the Sept. 15 session.
The Sept. 15 session will begin at 8:30 a.m. This camp is for softball players of all positions and ages. Campers will spend the morning with focused hitting drills in order to improve their offensive abilities. Following a mid-afternoon lunch break, campers will spend the afternoon working on their defensive skills.

Ohio had its most successful offensive output in program history during the 2012 season, scoring a program record 293 runs while belting an impressive 47 home runs. The Bobcats claimed their 300th Mid-American Conference win at Central Michigan on April 27.
