Kent State was in the lead until Ohio forced ties at 19-19 and 20-20. A kill by Stephanie Blackburn gave the Bobcats their first lead at 21-20 and at 22-21 Ohio used a 8-6 run to win game two, 30-27. Ohio earned the first two points in game three from kills by Sytsma and Griffin. Kent State scored off an error and a kill by Stephanie Blackburn gave Ohio a 3-1 advantage. The Bobcats maintained the lead only allowing Kent State to come as close as seven points. Ohio won game three, 30-17. The Bobcats end their weekend road trip at Central Michigan on tomorrow.
