ATHENS, Ohio - The Ohio volleyball team continues with its spring schedule Saturday when it hosts three teams as part of the Ohio Spring Tournament.

The Bobcats will play three, best-of-three matches starting with West Virginia State at 10 a.m. Ohio will follow with Charleston at noon and conclude the tournament with Findlay at 3 p.m. Starting times for the Charleston and Findlay matches may vary.

"This is a great opportunity for fans to come out and see the team play," head coach Geoff Carlston said. "We encourage Ohio volleyball followers to join the team this weekend in building for another successful season."

The Bobcats are coming off the finest season in program history. Ohio won its third straight Mid-American Conference title, advanced to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament and led the nation with 33 wins.

Ohio returns four All-MAC performers from last year's squad. First-team member Stephanie Blackburn (Cincinnati, Ohio), second-team members Savanah Parra (Temecula, Calif.) and Melissa Griffin (Whitehall, Mich.) and freshman of the year Amanda Andersen (Lino Lakes, Minn.) lead a Bobcat team that finished 14th in the nation last year after concluding the season with a 33-3 record.
