Ohio Women's Golf Day Two of 2019 MAC Championships Suspended

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. –Due to weather and course conditions, day two of the 2019 Mid-American Conference Championships has been suspended. A decision will be made tomorrow morning (April 21) whether 36 holes or 18 holes will be played to conclude the MAC Championships.

The Bobcats secured fifth place through day one of the MAC Championships registering a first round scored of 321 (+33). 

Senior Emily Hughes (Columbus, Ohio), leads the Bobcats, currently tied for ninth place, after shooting a first round score of 78 (+6) while junior Marissa Balish (Allison Park, Pa.) sits tied for 17th place after shooting a day-one score of 79 (+7). 

Senior Nicole Smiley (Dublin, Ohio) and freshman Catherine Loftus (Roswell, Ga.) both sit tied for 29th place after day one, shooting a first round score of 82 (+10).

Rounding out the competing Bobcats is was freshman Alicia Porvasnik (Hinckley, Ohio), who sits in 45th place after shooting a first-round score of 85 (+13).
