2017-18: Recorded a season-best time in the 50 free clocking in at 23.96 against Akron… At the US Winter Nationals, posted a season-best time in the 100 free clocking in at 49.84… At the MAC Championships, posted season-best times in the 200 free (1:47.46), 500 free (4:48.30), 200 free relay (1:32.98), 400 free relay (3:24.20), 200 medley relay (1:41.57), and in the 400 medley relay (3:45.69)… Named to the Academic All-MAC Team.

2016-17: Competed in all 10 meets this season… Had eight first-place finishes… Best time in the 50 freestyle came at the Louisville Invitational where she placed ninth with a time of 23.27... Best time in the 100 freestyle came at the MAC Championships where she finished ninth with a time of 49.97… Best time in the 200 freestyle came at the MAC Championships where she finished fifth and recorded a time of 1:48.40… Best time in the 500 freestyle came at the Marshall Invite where she placed first at 4:51.86.

Prior to Ohio: Zimcosky is a four-time letter winner and two-time team captain under Head Coach Kelley Zimcosky… She is a eight-time YMCA National Meet Competitor, two-time WPIAL AA PA District 7 50-yard freestyle champion, two-time WPIAL AA PA District 7 50-yard freestyle record holder, three-time WPIAL AA PA District 7 100-yard freestyle champion, two-time WPIAL AA PA District 7 100-freestyle record holder, four-time PAHS All-State selection, four-time NISCA State Top-16 and seven-time YMCA All-American… She is a three-time AMS Age Group Swimmer of the Year and a 2016 Olympic Trials qualifier in the 50-yard freestyle… She has swum for Laurel Highlands YMCA Swim Team (eight years), Connellsville Area Swim Team (one year) and Club Mountaineer Swim Team (one year).

Personal: Daughter of Stanley and Kelley Zimcosky… Has one brother, John Paul, and three sisters, Kelsey, Sophie, and Juliann… Plans to major in Studio Art.
