ADMISSION
All persons (with the exception of children age 2 and under) must have a ticket for the following Ohio University athletic events: Football, Men's and Women's Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball and Softball.
ORDERING TICKETS

1. Walk-up: A customer may purchase tickets at the Ticket Office(s) at Ohio University during regular office hours (stated above), provided that the tickets for that sport are on sale.
2. Mail*: A customer may place a ticket order through the mail by completing a ticket order form, and returning that form with their check or credit card information to the Ohio University Athletics Ticket Office.
3. Telephone*: A customer may place an order by telephone through the Ticket Office with a Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. The credit card will be charged immediately and the tickets will be mailed to the customer ten days prior to the event. If it is 10 days or less before the event, all tickets will be held in WILL CALL.
4. Online**: A customer may place an order online through ohiobobcats.com 24 hours a day. Tickets can be printed at home on a personal printer or left at Will Call to pick up on game day. Unused tickets can also be transferred via email to other fans or donated to charitable organizations for their use.
* All single-game ticket orders will be assessed a $2.00/order processing fee.

PAYMENT FOR TICKETS
Ohio University accepts cash, check (made payable to Ohio Athletics and at least 10 business days before the event), money order, or credit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express). There is a $25.00 charge for any returned check.
For season ticket holders, payment must be received at the time of the order. Any check returned for insufficient funds places the ticket holder in jeopardy of losing their seat(s).
In order to provide the best service possible to all our customers, deadline dates on applications are very important. Customers who miss the deadline dates are subject to loss of seating assignments and tickets.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
WILL CALL
WILL CALL is defined as tickets left by the Athletic Department, tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not mailed, or tickets left by a third party. All orders placed within 10 business days of an event will be held in WILL CALL. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at WILL CALL, all customers must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the WILL CALL name, the customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day.
REPLACEMENT OF TICKETS
Please handle tickets with care. The Ohio University Athletics Department is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. Please contact the Ohio University Athletics Ticket Office to discuss the replacements of tickets. There will be a $2.00/season ticket fee assessed for all tickets that need to be replaced, up to a maximum of $8.00. There will be a $1.00/single game ticket fee assessed for all tickets that need to be replaced.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If there is a change of address or phone numbers, it is the owner's responsibility to notify, in writing with the owner's signature, the Ohio University Athletics Ticket Office. Ohio University will not be responsible for mail not received or returned due to an incorrect address. The Athletics Ticket Office will review all address changes.
REQUEST SEAT CHANGE/UPGRADES
All seat upgrades or changes must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to the ticket office. The notification can be a separate letter or communicated on the season ticket invoice. Ticket requests will be reviewed the week of July 28th. If we are able to fulfill your request you will be contacted.
TRANSFER OF SEASON TICKETS
A one-time transfer of season tickets is permitted to immediate family members. Season tickets cannot be transferred to other customers or business partners.
TICKET DONATIONS
Ohio Athletics is pleased to donate tickets to charitable and non-profit organizations. Requests for ticket donations will be granted on a first come, first serve basis for a specific game. For the 2008 Ohio Football season, the November 22nd game vs. Akron has been designated as the game for ticket donations. All ticket donations are subject to availability. A formal written request must be received by the ticket office at least 5 business days prior to game day. The Ticket Director and the Compliance Director must approve all requests.
