Where do I go to purchase tickets?

Go to ohiobobcats.com. Click on the logo at the top-right corner of the page that says, "Buy your tickets here." The next page lists the events you can purchase tickets for. Click on "My Account" on the left side of the screen. Enter your login information and click on "Sign In."

What if I forgot my password?

Customers who have ordered tickets with us before will already have an account created. You can obtain your login information by contacting the ticket office at 1-800-575-CATS. If you have not ordered tickets before, you will need to create an account. To do this, go to ohiobobcats.com. Click on the logo at the top-right corner of the page that says "Buy your tickets here." The next page lists the events you can purchase tickets for. Click on "My Account" on the left side of the screen. Here you can create an account or log-on to an already created account. If you need to create an account type in your email address under "I need an account", then click on "continue". You will then need to create a password (at least 5 characters), verify your password, enter a credit card number which is automatically saved on your account, and supply your contact information. Our credit card information is never shared and is secure. Ohio Athletics Ticket staff will only be able to view the last four digits of the card number due to special encryption. Remember, enter the credit card number you are most likely to charge your ticket purchases to. After you enter in all your information, simply click "continue".

How do I change my user name or password?

After logging in, click "My Account." Run your mouse over the box entitled "Account". On the drop down menu, click on "My Account Info." Next, click on the "Edit" button under "login information" and this will allow you to change your user information and/or password.

How can I update my contact information, like my address or phone number?

After logging in, click "My Account." Run your mouse over the box entitled, "Account". On the drop down menu, click on "My Account Info." Underneath your name, your email, address, and phone number are listed. Click on the "Change" link next to any of the items to update your information. Once updated, be sure to click the save button at the bottom of the screen so the information is stored.

Where can I go to view a seating chart of the home venues or get general venue information?

You must be on the home screen by clicking on the "home" button on the left hand side of the screen. Click on the "Venue Information" button on the left side of the screen. The venues will appear at the top of the screen. Click on the name of the venue whose seating chart you would like to view. Then, click on "Seating Map."

How can I find a schedule for a team?

If it is a ticketed sport (VB, FB, WBB, MBB, BB or SB) start from the home screen and click on "Event Calendar" found in the top left corner of the screen. A calendar will appear that lists each event. You can view any month by clicking on the links at the top of the page. You have the option of purchasing tickets for any event by clicking on the event title listed on the calendar. You can also view any of our varsity team schedules at ohiobobcats.com.

How do I purchase season or individual tickets?

    1. From Ohiobobcats.com click on "Buy Your Tickets Here" in the upper right hand corner. Under the appropriate sport, click on the "Purchase Tickets" link for the type of tickets you would like to purchase. For example, if it were season tickets click on "Purchase Season Tickets" and for individual game tickets click "Purchase Event Tickets."

    2. If you select "Purchase Event Tickets" a screen will appear showing all the individual home games for that particular sport. You may also purchase certain away games if available on this screen. From there, select the game you would like to purchase tickets to.

    3. Next, select the quantity of tickets and if applicable, the section, and click "Reserve Tickets." The next screen will show you the tickets that have been selected for you, based on either best available or the section chosen. If you like these seats, select the shipping method you desire.

    4. You can either print your tickets at home, pick them up at Will Call, or have them mailed based on how many days are left until the event. Once you have selected your shipping method click "Confirm Reservation." If you wish to purchase different seats click "Cancel Reservation" and you will be directed back to the previous screen where you can choose a different section, enter a different quantity, or click on "reserve tickets" where the computer will select the best available seats.

    5. Once you click "Confirm Reservation" you will be asked to enter your login information. If you do not have an account you may create one by entering your email address under "I Need an Account" then click on "Continue." If you do have an account, enter your login information and click "Continue."

    6. The next screen will allow you to review your purchase before the order is completed. If the order is correct click "Confirm Order," if you would like to purchase more tickets click "Order More", or if you want to cancel your order click "Cancel Order."

    7. Finally, review your grand total and enter your shipping and credit card information. Then click on "Make Payment" and you will be taken to your order confirmation page. Make sure to print your order confirmation page and bring it with you if you are picking up tickets at will call. In order to purchase season tickets click "Purchase Season Tickets" on the main ticketing page and follow the same steps listed above.

Where can I find information on my previous ticket purchases?

From the home screen, click on "My Profile" at the top of the page. Run your mouse over the menu, "Ohio Athletics Ticket Office". Then click on "My Purchase History." This page will list all of your orders based on your search options. The first line of each order will have the order number (ie 21200-123456), the date and time it was entered, the total amount, method of payment, and if the order is paid or has a balance due. Below this, there are three columns starting with the sport, the time and date of the event, and the seat locations. All away events will not have correct seat locations. Away events are allocated based on the Ohio Bobcat Club Priority Points System. For more information on the order, click on the magnifying glass beside the order number. This will list the shipping and billing information of the order as well as details of the seat locations. It will also list your payment information.

How can I renew my season tickets online?

From the home screen, click on "My Profile" at the top right of the page. Then run your mouse over the menu, "Ohio Athletics Ticket Office." Next, click on "My Pending Orders." This will list all of your non-renewed season tickets or unpaid orders. Only sports will show up that we are currently renewing, typically for football this will be in May and men's basketball in September. You will always receive a renewal order via mail so you know when the deadline is. You may only renew online with a credit card.

Can I put in a seating request to move my season tickets from last year? If so, how?

    * This option can only be used once the renewals have been mailed out. This is typically May for football and September for men's basketball.

    ** All requests will be reviewed after the renewal deadline. Changes will be based on the Ohio Bobcat Club Priority Points System. If your request can be met, we will contact you to ensure your satisfaction.

    ***If you want to move, but do not put a request in writing to the Ohio Athletics Ticket Office by the renewal deadline, you will be considered a non-renewal and thus, will be put in with new season ticket requests.

    From the home screen, click on "My Profile" at the top of the page. Then run your mouse over the menu, "Ohio Athletics Ticket Office" and click on "My Season Seating Requests." Here you can add or edit your seating request using the pull down menus to choose the season you want to put in a request for, the seats you want to move, and your reason for moving. You also have the option to type in information for the seating request that you may want to add in the "Request Text" box. For example, you may want to sit by a friend or certain individual or you want to sit behind the home team bench only and not the visiting team bench. Please be specific as possible. Once you complete your request, click on "Save New Seating Request" at the bottom of the page so the information is stored.

How do I see if I have a credit card on file?

*All information is encrypted, only allowing the last 4 digits of the credit card to appear.
From the home screen, click on "My Profile" at the top right of the page. Then run your mouse over the menu "Account." Next, click on "My Credit Cards." This will list, if any, the credit card(s) you have on file. If you would like to change the credit card you have on file, simply click on "Edit Info" found to the right of your card information. You can then change the card number, expiration date, or your billing address. If you would like to add a new credit card to your account, click on the "Add" button at the bottom of the screen. A screen will appear that allows you to enter your credit card information. Be sure to click on "Save Payment Info" at the bottom of that screen so the information is stored.

What is print at home and how do I use it?

Print at home is an easy way to print the tickets you purchase for an individual event on your home computer. Each ticket you order will print on a separate sheet of paper. The paper will list the event, your seat location, date and time of the event, and the barcode which will be scanned when you enter the venue. After you select the game you'd like to attend, and the best available seats are displayed on your computer screen, a page will load that allows you to choose a shipping method on the left hand side of the screen. To use the "print at home" option, simply choose print at home under the shipping method then click on "confirm reservation." You will be able to view your entire order on the screen. If everything looks correct on your screen, click "confirm order." Once you apply payment you will be able to print your tickets on your own home printer.

What is Will Call?

Will Call is defined as tickets left by the Athletics Department, tickets purchased via the mail or phone orders that were not mailed, or tickets left by a third party. All orders placed within 10 business days of an event will be held in Will Call. Tickets must be left under the name of the person who will pick up the tickets. To pick up tickets at Will Call, all customers must show a valid ID. If there is a need to change the Will Call name, the customer must contact the ticket office prior to game day. Will Call is located inside the main entrance of the Convocation Center across from the main ticket office for basketball and volleyball and at the North Tower of Peden Stadium for football. Will call is only open on game days.

Where can I find information on my donations to Ohio Athletics?

You must be on the home screen by clicking on the "home" button on the left hand side of the screen. Click on the link at the top of the page entitled, "My Profile." Then click on "Donations" in the middle of the screen. On the top right of the screen it will list your priority points and your rank. Toward the bottom of the page it will list the year, the form of payment received, the amount, and what Ohio Bobcat Club giving level you are at.
