First Pitch Of @Ohio_Baseball's Doubleheader Against Siena Pushed Back

March 18, 2017

ATHENS, Ohio -- First pitch of game one of the Saturday (March 18) doubleheader between the Ohio baseball team (9-6) and Siena (3-10) at Bob Wren Stadium has been pushed back to 2 p.m. ET.

Game one of the twin bill was originally scheduled to get underway at 1 p.m. ET but first pitch time was pushed back an hour to allow more time to prepare the field.

Redshirt junior left-hander Gerry Salisbury (Brunswick, Ohio) is scheduled to start on the mound in game one for Ohio and will oppose Siena sophomore southpaw Tommy Miller. In game two, Ohio junior lefty Butch Baird (Big Prairie, Ohio) will make his home debut and face Siena freshman right-hander Brendan White.
