2016: Saw action in 13 games on the season…Recorded 13 tackles on the season (eight solo, five assisted)…recorded two sacks for 16 yards….had one pass breakup as well as one pass defended….recorded one forced fumble as well as one safety on the season.

Prior to Ohio: Four-year varsity letterwinner... Served as the team captain during his senior year... Helped guide Mentor High School to Ohio State Playoffs in each of the last three seasons... Also helped propel Mentor to state runner-up honors in 2013 and 2011... Earned First Team All State honors... Was selected as the Northeast Ohio Conference Defensive Player of the Year in 2012 and 2013... Received Special Mention All-State honors in 2012... Two-time First Team All-District honoree... Selected as the 2013 Lake County Touchdown Club Co-Defensive Player of the Year... Was named to the Cleveland Plain Dealer All Stars First Team following the 2013 campaign... Also played on the Mentor basketball team, earned two varsity letters.... Helped the basketball team to a 25-5 record and an Ohio State Championship title in 2012.
