ATHENS, Ohio - The Ohio football will try to rebound from its first loss of the season when it takes on Missouri on Saturday, Sept. 23. Watch highlights from Coach Solich's weekly press conference as he recaps last week's game and talk about facing the Tigers.
In additon to discussing last week's game, Coach Solich graded the special teams effort against Rutgers. Freshman punt returner Chris Garrett (Bristow, Va.) was named MAC East Division Special Teams Player of the Week after returning three punts for 90 yards, including a 62-yarder, and one kickoff for 17 yards. Solich also gave an injury update on senior left tackle Matt Coppage (Walton, Ky.) who left last week's game with an injury.
Saturday's game is the last in a three-game stretch of road contests for the Bobcats. Ohio returns home to play its first game against a MAC East Division opponent on Saturday, Sept. 30 when Bowling Green comes to Peden Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. For ticket information, call 1-800-575-CATS.
