ATHENS, Ohio - The Bobcat football team's preparations for this Saturday's game at Illinois are drawing to a close. In today's Video Vault, you can watch Head Coach Frank Solich break down the Illini.
In addition to his evaluation of Illinois, Solich talked about the return of Bobcat quarterback Brad Bower to Champaign. Bower, a native of Burr Ridge, Ill., played two seasons for the Illini before transferring to Ohio last year. Solich also talked about the effect on recruiting a win against a Big Ten team would have, and the difficulties of playing a non-conference game in the middle of the MAC season.
