CLEVELAND –The Ohio men's basketball game at Villanova on Saturday, Nov. 16 has been selected for a nationally televised broadcast, the Mid-American Conference announced today (Sept. 25). The contest will tip off at Noon on FS2.
Other nationally televised games for the Bobcats this season include Ohio's Dec. 17 game against Purdue. Tip-off is set for 9 p.m. inside the Convocation Center and will be shown on ESPN2 as a part of that evening's college basketball doubleheader.
Ohio will also play on the ESPN family of networks during the 2019 Myrtle Beach Invitational Nov. 21-24. Ohio's Thursday, Nov. 21 game against Baylor will be live on ESPN2 at 4:30 p.m. The Bobcats will then take on either Utah or Costal Carolina on Friday, Nov. 22 on ESPN2 or ESPNU. Ohio will wrap up the tournament on Sunday. Nov. 24 on either ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPNews, depending on the outcome of the first two games.
The Bobcats open the 2019 season with first-year head coach Jeff Boals on Saturday, Nov. 2 against Capital in Ohio's annual exhibition contest. Ohio's regular season tips off on Tuesday, Nov. 5 at St. Bonaventure. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. inside the Reilly Center.
