RICHMOND, Ky. -- The Ohio men's golf team is tied for ninth place with Evansville with a combined total team score of 586 (+26) through two rounds of the 2019 EKU Intercollegiate Sponsored By Raising Cane's. The Bobcats shot matching rounds of 293 (+13) today at the University Club-Arlington.
Northern Kentucky and Tennessee at Martin are tied for first place after two rounds with matching combined total team scores of 561 (+1). Cleveland State freshman Zach Robbins is leading the field with a 136 (-4) after identical round scores of 68 (-2).
Junior Zach Mandry (Solon, Ohio) is leading the way for the Bobcats with a two-round total of 146 (+6), putting him in a tie for 32nd place. He followed up a first-round 74 (+4) with a 72 (+2) in the second.
Junior Zach Crawford (Vandalia, Ohio) and junior Tanner Johnson (Venetia, Pa.) are tied for 38th with matching scores of 148 (+8). After shooting a 71 (+1) in the first round, Crawford tallied a 77 (+7) in the second. Johnson improved on a first-round 76 (+6) by carding a 72 (+2) in the second.
Junior Austin Dyson (Dublin, Ohio) shot rounds of 72 (+2) and 77 (+7), giving him a two-round total of 149 (+9) and putting him in a tie for 43rd.
Making his collegiate debut, freshman Joshua Dinouard (Vevey, Switzerland) tallied round scores of 78 (+8) and 72 (+2), tying him for 46th with a 150 (+10).
The final 18 holes of the 2019 EKU Intercollegiate will be contested on Sunday (Sept. 15) beginning with a 9 a.m. ET shotgun start.
