In 2018, Grusczynski continued his success, with the men's program capturing the 2018 CCAC Championship. From there, the Wolves went on to compete at the NAIA National Championship Tournament, finishing in 16th place. The women's team finished third at the 2016 CCAC Championships and won its first CCAC Championship title in 2017, giving the program its first bid to the NAIA National Championship. The Wolves saw their student-athletes earn 11 individual wins between the men's and women's team under Grusczynski's leadership.

Grusczynski was involved in all aspects of the golf program during his time as an assistant at Army. He helped coach the Black Knights to a victory over Navy and was involved with the Inaugural Bush Cup against Yale, held in honor of former United States President George H.W. Bush at the prestigious Winged Foot Golf Club.

Grusczynski brings diverse experience from the golf world, having spent time in pro shops, corporate golf and collegiate golf, as well as a successful playing career at the amateur and professional levels.
