ATHENS, Ohio – The Ohio track and field team will hit the road for their fourth meet of the 2019 indoor season. The Bobcats will travel back to Huntington, W. Va to compete in the two day Thundering Herd Invitational meet. Competition is set to begin on Friday, January 25. Friday's events will include the women's multi at 4:30 p.m., weight throw and long jump starting at 5:30 p.m. and concluding the night with the women's 5000m run at 8:30 p.m. The rest of the meet will conclude Saturday, January 26 with field events beginning at 9:00 a.m. and running events beginning at 12:00 p.m.

The Bobcats will be facing off against the following schools at the Thundering Herd Invitational: Marshall, Xavier, Morehead State, EKU, St. Louis, Belmont, Charlotte, Winthrop, Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Austin Peay, and Jacksonville State.
After concluding the Thundering Herd Invitational, the Bobcats will take on two different meets. The Akron Invitational in Akron, Ohio, and the Meyo Invitational in South Bend, Ind taking place Feb. 1 and 2, 2019.
