Raleigh, N.C. – Ohio track and field finished up day two of the Raleigh Relays.
In the hammer throw senior Gaza Odunaiya (Athens, Ohio) would record a fifth place finish with a throw of 59.50m. Odunaiya's throw would break the hammer throw school record.
Junior Tajah Haley (Washington, Pa.) finished ninth in the javelin with a distance of 41.80.
In the 400m hurdles, junior Ashleigh Carr (Oakland, Neb.) finished in second with a time of 59.65, the third fastest time in Ohio track and field history.
The Bobcats will return to action Saturday, April 6 to host the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational in Athens, Ohio. Come out and support the Bobcats on their home track.
